CONCRETE REPAIR CONTRACTORS IN LIVERPOOL
Free site survey, a written diagnosis and a fixed, itemised quotation — for commercial properties in Liverpool and Merseyside
We work on industrial concrete floors, warehouse aisles, and loading bays in and around Liverpool, specifying the repair from a survey of the actual defect rather than from a price list, and applying it with polyurethane systems.
How the Work Is Carried Out
From Speke to Aintree, we work on industrial concrete floors, warehouse aisles, and loading bays with a focus on durability, compliance and minimum disruption. The specification is written against the standard that governs the work, so it can be checked by your engineer before you commit. Contact us for a free no-obligation survey.

Why Choose MPS?
Industrial Concrete Repair Techniques & Products
We use proven products and techniques to restore damaged floors quickly and durably.
Epoxy Crack Injection
For static cracks, we inject low-viscosity epoxy deep into the damaged area. Structural epoxies typically have a higher tensile strength than the concrete around them, so the bonded crack is not the weak point. Ideal for warehouse floors and loading bays.
Polymer Mortar Repairs
Fast-setting cement-based polymer mortars for general industrial concrete floor repairs. Perfect for potholes, spalling, and surface restoration with minimal downtime.
Deep-Fill Epoxy Systems
Heavy-duty epoxy mortars with compressive strengths typically above that of the floor slab. Used for deep potholes and structural repairs in high-traffic industrial areas.
Joint Stabilisation
Repair and stabilisation of damaged floor joints using flexible polyurethane sealants and epoxy grouts. Prevents water ingress and further deterioration in warehouse aisles.
Concrete Surface Grinding
Professional grinding and preparation services to remove damaged concrete layers, create clean profiles for repairs, and restore smooth, safe surfaces in industrial facilities.
Protective Coatings
Chemical-resistant epoxy resin floor coatings and polyurethane sealers to protect repaired industrial concrete floors from future damage, moisture, and wear.
Industrial Concrete Floor Repair Process
Assessment & Preparation
We inspect your industrial floor to determine crack type (moving/static), depth, and damage extent. Then clean, grind, and prepare surfaces ensuring proper adhesion for repair materials.
Repair Specification
Our team selects the right products for the defect – epoxy resins for structural bonding, polymer mortars for fills, or polyurethane for flexible joints.
Application & Repair
We apply fast-setting epoxy or mortar systems, minimising downtime. With fast-cure systems, repaired areas can often return to use the same day, depending on temperature and depth.
Finishing & Protection
Surfaces are smoothed to create safe, trip-free floors. Optional protective sealers or epoxy coatings prevent future damage and extend floor life.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cost of industrial concrete floor repair?
Industrial concrete repair costs vary based on damage extent, repair method required (epoxy injection, polymer mortar fills, joint stabilisation), and area size. Contact us for a detailed quote specific to your warehouse or factory floor needs.
How long does industrial concrete repair epoxy take to cure?
Fast-setting epoxy systems typically cure within 2-6 hours, allowing your warehouse or factory floor to return to service quickly. Deep-fill epoxy mortars may require 12-24 hours depending on temperature and depth.
What industrial concrete floor repair products do you use?
We're Sika-approved contractors using premium repair products including epoxy resins for crack injection and structural bonding, cement-based polymer mortars for general repairs, polyurethane systems for flexible joints, and chemical-resistant epoxy coatings.
Can you repair warehouse concrete floor cracks while we're operational?
Yes, we specialise in minimising disruption during industrial concrete crack repair. We can work in phases, schedule repairs during off-peak hours, and use fast-cure systems so repaired areas are back in service within hours.
What causes industrial concrete floor damage?
Common causes include heavy forklift traffic, impact damage in loading bays, thermal cycling in cold storage, chemical exposure, settlement, failed joints, and moisture ingress. Proper industrial concrete floor repair addresses both symptoms and root causes.

How we get to Liverpool
From our yard at Gamlingay in South Cambridgeshire, Liverpool is three to four and a half hours. Planned as continuous multi-day visits rather than day returns, with plant and materials delivered to site.
We say this plainly because it shows up in the price. Mobilisation, access plant and preparation equipment are largely fixed costs, so a single small repair a long way from base carries a much higher rate per square metre than the same work next door to us, or the same work bundled with other defects on one visit. If you have more than one problem on the site, it is worth having them all surveyed at once.
