Mission
Awaits
Both MPS owners are ex-military. We built this business on the discipline, precision and standards forged in service — and we're looking for more veterans to join us.
We Don't Just Value Military Experience — We Understand It
At MPS Concrete Solutions, both company owners are ex-military. The standards we built this business on come directly from our time in uniform. That's why we're committed to bringing more veterans into our teams — because the skills developed in the Armed Forces aren't just relevant to construction. They're exceptional for it.
Technical Precision
Discipline & Accountability
Safety-First Mindset
Teamwork Under Pressure
Real-Time Problem Solving
These aren't just competencies — they're habits, forged through service and invaluable on complex, safety-critical projects. And we know the transition to civilian life isn't always straightforward. That's why we offer structured onboarding, clear progression routes, and a team culture built on trust, respect and shared standards.
"For many veterans, the biggest challenge after leaving the Forces is finding a role with purpose. Construction offers exactly that — building something real, something lasting, something that matters."

You'll report to the Installation Manager and work closely with the wider site team.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years' experience in concrete repair or structural restoration
- CSCS card holder
- IPAF and PASMA certifications
